Terms of service
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms cover reading this website and sending us a request. If you go on to rent a site from us, that is set out in a separate written agreement, which is what governs the rental.
These terms are between you and SlidesVamp, LLC, 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States, trading as RankandRent HQ. Using the site means you accept them.
What we do
We build and rank local websites, each for one service in one town, and rent them to local businesses. Calls from a site are tracked and forwarded to the business renting it, for a monthly rent, a price per lead, or a commission on each job won.
Sending a request
- A request is an enquiry, not an order. It costs nothing and commits neither of us to anything.
- Please give accurate details: we use them to check your market and reply to you.
- We may decline a request, for example where we already rent a site for that service and town, or where we do not think we can rank there.
- Any price, start date or forecast we give you in reply is an estimate until it is written into a rental agreement.
Renting a site
Each rental is agreed in writing before you pay anything. That agreement sets the site, the service and area, the price and how it is charged, how calls and leads are counted, and how either side can end it. If it differs from anything on this website, the agreement wins.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee that a site will rank, or stay ranked. Search results are outside our control and change without notice.
- We do not guarantee a number of calls, leads or jobs, or what you will earn from them.
- We own the sites we build and rent. Renting one does not transfer the site, its domain or its content to you.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape or republish the site's content beyond ordinary reading and quoting with a link.
- Attempt to break, overload, probe or bypass any limit or security control.
- Send requests in someone else's name, or send false or automated requests.
- Use the site to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
Who owns what
We own the site, the brand, its content and the sites we rent. Nothing here transfers any of that to you. What you send us stays yours; you give us only the permission needed to answer you and to handle it as the privacy policy describes.
The articles
Our guides explain how rank and rent works. They are general information, not legal, tax, financial or marketing advice for your business. Rank and rent involves obligations that vary by state and by service — advertising rules, licensing, how leads may be contacted — and working those out for your situation is your responsibility.
No warranty
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses arising from your use of this website. Liability under a rental is set by its agreement. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top always says when they last changed. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law or of the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
Please email us before starting anything formal. Most things are a misunderstanding and are fixed the same day.
The rest
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once does not mean we have given it up. We may transfer our rights if the business is sold, and will tell you if that happens.
