Rank and rent websites
We find new customers for local businesses in the US.
We build and rank a local website for the service you offer, then rent it to one business: yours. No ads to run, no shared leads, and every call tracked.
Free to ask. No obligation.

Why rent a site
Local leads without running ads or building a website.
When someone in your town searches for the service you offer, the site they find is ours, and the phone that rings is yours.
The leads are yours alone
The site is rented to one business for its service and town. Your competitors can't buy the same calls, because there is nobody else to sell them to.
No ads to run
The calls come from Google's ordinary results, not paid ads. No daily budget, no bidding against rivals, and no paying for clicks that never ring.
Leads, not a website project
We build the site, write it, host it, keep it up to date and do the work to rank it. Your part is answering the phone and doing the job.
Every call on the record
A tracked number forwards each call to you. You see who called, when, for how long, and can play the recording back in your own portal.
Pay the way that suits you
A set monthly rent, a price for each lead, or a commission on each job you win from the site. Whichever you choose, you can see every call you're paying for.
Room to grow
When you can take more work, ask about another town or another service. Each one is its own site, so you only add what you can handle.
Compared
Why a rented site beats buying leads.
Ads and shared lead services
- The same lead is often sold to several businesses at once
- You pay for clicks whether anyone calls or not
- Budgets, bids and ads to manage every week
- Prices climb as more rivals bid for the same searches
A site rented to you
- Every call from the site goes to you, and only you
- Monthly rent, a price per lead, or commission per job
- We run the site and the ranking; you run the jobs
- No auction setting your price
How it works
From your request to your phone ringing.
Tell us the service you offer and your town
Fill in a short form: what you do, where, how much work you can take and how you'd like to pay. It takes about three minutes.
We check the market
We read page one of Google for the service you offer in your town and tell you straight whether we can rank there, and whether we already have a site that does.
We build and rank the site
Or switch over one that already ranks. It carries the service you offer and your town, with a tracked number pointed at your phone.
The calls come to you
You answer, quote and win the work. You pay your rent, per lead or a commission per job, and see every call in your own portal.
What you get
Everything a lead site needs, run for you.
You don't buy a website, pay a designer or learn SEO. You rent a site that's already doing the work, and we keep it doing it.

Questions
What businesses ask us first.
What is a rank and rent website?
A website built for one service in one town, such as roofing in Dayton, that we rank in Google's local results. Instead of selling it, we rent it to one local business. The calls and quote requests it brings in go straight to that business.
Are the leads shared with other businesses?
No. Each site is rented to one business for its service and town, so every call it brings in goes to you alone. We don't sell the same lead to your competitors.
Who owns the website?
We do, and you rent it. That's why you don't pay to build it: we carry the build, the content, the hosting and the ranking. The customers you win from it are yours.
How soon will the calls start?
If we already have a site ranking for the service you offer near you, from the day it's switched over to your number. A new site has to earn its place in Google first, which usually takes months, not weeks. We read page one for the service you offer and your town before anything is agreed and tell you honestly what we expect.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the service, the town and how many calls the site can bring in. You can pay a monthly rent, a price per lead, or a commission on each job you win. We quote you after we've checked the market, and you don't pay anything to ask. If you'd rather talk it through, call +1 (901) 499-3938.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and nobody honestly can. What we can do is check the market first and only build where page one can be won, then show you every call the site brings in.
Can I see the calls the site sends me?
Yes. Every call goes through a tracked number that forwards to your phone, and you can see and hear them in your own portal: when they called, how long you spoke, and the recording.
Where do you work?
Mostly in the United States. We run sites in other countries too, so if you're elsewhere, ask anyway.
