Who is behind this

Hi, I am James, the founder. I do not sell a course or teach from the sidelines. I build and rent local lead generation sites for a living. That is my day job, and it is where this whole product came from.

Why we built it

My rank and rent operation started small. A few sites, a few tenants, all tracked in spreadsheets. It worked, until it did not. As the portfolio grew, the spreadsheets turned into a mess. Which site sent which calls? Who was due to be billed? Which niche and city was worth building next? I was spending more time managing the business than growing it.

So I started building tools to fix my own problems. A way to score cheap niches by niche and city instead of guessing. A faster way to build and host sites. Real call tracking so I could prove every lead. Billing and a dashboard so I could see the whole portfolio at a glance. One by one, those tools became RankandRent HQ.

Why that matters for you

Most rank and rent advice comes from people selling the dream. This is different. Every feature was tested on my own money first. When I say a niche is cheap to rank or that call tracking wins tenants, it is because I have done it, not because it sounds good in a lesson.
