• ✓You pick a city where the sites at the top are weak and beatable.
• ✓You build a real, useful site, not a thin five page shell.

• ✓You are patient for a few months while it climbs.

When it fails

• The market is too hard. Chasing a big city where strong sites already rank. Pick a smaller city instead.
• The site is thin. A weak site does not rank and does not earn trust.
• No call tracking. If you cannot prove the calls, tenants will not pay or will not stay.
• Giving up early. Ranking takes months. People quit right before it pays.
